The Challenge

To create a Juke Box program in Flash which demonstrates advanced actionscripting capabilities.

The Solution

Songs were chosen to reflect the theme of a Colour Continuum and the Juke Box, including a colour scale selection panel, animation window and control buttons, was designed. A song title display was also created to appear after song selection.

Separate animations were created to synchronies with the three songs on player. Actionscript was then used to load the animations and songs when selected. Finally, advance scripting was used in order to control the play of the music to allow the user to stop, pause and play the various songs.

The Results

The Juke Box integrates some of the more advanced features of Flash into a fully functioning Juke Box and the coding created for this work can be modified for our clients' projects .
