CiTRUS LEVEL is a London based Training firm which specialises in soft skills and management training for small companies.

The Challenge

CiTRUS LEVEL wanted site that was easy to navigate to allow customers to browse through training courses without hassle. They wanted a straightforward method for their customers to book courses by post, email or fax.

The Solution

We started by using the CiTRUS LEVEL logo to develop the site colour scheme and branding, including images. We developed the site layout which incorporated a straightforward navigation system with drop-down menus that allowed customers to navigate directly to course pages. We included a "Book Now" button on every page to encourage users take immediate action. As an online booking system was not an immediate option for the client, a three-step booking system was created to make booking as straightforward as possible.

The Results

The CiTRUS LEVEL site is an action-oriented website that allow customers to access information and book courses simply and quickly.
